No it’s not 1969… it’s 2009! And while we have liberated ourselves in so many ways, we now find ourselves in an entirely new jail. As women of the 21st century, we know we can do ANYTHING, the problem is that now we all feel like we have to do EVERYTHING! And frankly, it’s killing us – our bodies, minds and spirits. We are like energizer bunnies gone mad, doing addicts on overdrive, chasing after some illusion of balance we can never seem to find. Working way too hard to fit into someone else’s version of success and happiness, we are a generation of women who are too hard on ourselves trying to meet expectations that even our super hero sister Wonder Woman couldn't live up to. What we need is some LOVE!
