Christine is an inspirational catalyst for women and girls everywhere, daring, inspiring and guiding them to be, love and live their REAL MEs… instead of the images they often find themselves trying to live into.

It all began with an unexpected wake up call in 2001, when Christine was walloped with a ‘universal 2x4’ to the soul, a.k.a. her fiancé announced, on the way to their engagement party, that he didn't love her or want to marry her.

Most would have crumpled into devastation right there. Not Christine. There was a party to go to, an image to uphold and to that party they went… pretending through the toasts that everything was AOK. Of course, pretending only worked til the party ended and then Christine had to face the reality that her life as she knew it was over, and she had to accept the painful fact that she had betrayed herself in order to keep a man and live up to an image – rising marketing executive, social butterfly, smart cookie and woman in control.

Fast forward seven years, after a plethora of spiritual adventures, a good dose of therapy and a total rewiring of how she understood the world, and you’ll find today a woman who turned her life around and found the life she really wanted.

After watching people all around her literally and figuratively dying to be their real selves, Christine decided she needed to do something to help people create the lives they really wanted versus the ones they found themselves trapped in. So she quit her six-figure corporate job, started a life coaching company, Dare to Live You, and finished her first book Choosing ME Before WE (New World Library, February 2009).

In 2008, Christine founded an online, no-taboo talk community for women called Girltalk… taking it deeper (www.letsgirltalk.com) featuring real, intimate, daring conversations about the things that matter most to women. An entrepreneur at heart, she also launched a boutique line of clothing and jewelry called MADLY IN LOVE WITH ME™ to inspire women to remember to love themselves too.

Christine can be found across the country leading workshops for women and girls, inspiring women to stop living the image, and start living the REAL YOU. Her message and opinions have been heard across the coasts of California to the heart of the Midwest; and featured with organizations such as the International Museum of Women, Gap Inc., and top radio stations in the country.

For 13 years, before claiming her role as inspirational catalyst, Christine was an expert marketer building brand images for companies like Gap, Visa and Frito Lay. She holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and was trained and certified as a coach through one of the leading coaching programs at the Coaches Training Institute. Christine has completed a number of rigorous and challenging personal development programs all over the world. She continues to live a life of exploration into truth and new possibility, believing that one can only take people as far as she herself has gone, and as far as they are willing to go.

Christine Arylo lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband Noah and their dog, Nanook.
