Contrary to the way most of us were trained, there is not a professional and personal you – they are one in the same. And it is your personal person that will have the biggest impact on your success as an entrepreneur.

Hiring me as your coach means inviting me to be part of the team that will help YOU create the life and business you want. We will talk about your business. I’ll give you insight on branding, strategy and building relationships. I’ll even share my resources and connections with you. But most importantly, I will help you create both the business and life you want. I coach and counsel your whole person, because the whole you runs the show.

Because I want to be available to you, thinking about you and your business as long as I am on your team, I offer my time, mind space, coaching and consulting services and expertise as a monthly coaching retainer. Think of me as your own personal coach on staff. While we will have three scheduled calls each month, I am here for you throughout the month, able to answer questions, offer resources or give you feedback on whatever you need at the time.

It’s Easy To Get Started

We’ll kick off with what is called in coaching lingo, a “Discovery Session.” It’s a coachy word that really means we spend about 2 ½ hours talking about you, your business, and your goals and priorities. We set a solid foundation for where you are today and where you want to go. And like any good relationship, we get clear on expectations and roles. The discovery session can take place in one meeting in person or in two meetings over the phone after you fill out the Discovery Packet (coaching shorthand for a lot of really good questions that get you thinking). Although we will custom design exactly what works best for you, most of the time, it looks like this:

With me as your personal coach, your monthly retainer includes the following:

• Three 45-minute coaching sessions over the phone.
• One 45 minute business strategy or brainstorming call. (optional)
• Unlimited access to me via email and phone in between coaching calls
• Access and use of coaching and personal discovery tools. You’ll also have access to the business resources I’ve found to be most helpful with starting and running a successful business and personal life.

Like any relationship, our coaching partnership will develop and deepen over time. How long that time is will vary depending on what you need from me as your coach. Four months is the minimum amount of time for a coaching retainer.
